Annual Renewal
Form: COR-92 Annual Update Form
Due Date: 15th day of 4th month after fiscal year end
Required Documentation: Copy of IRS Form 990, 990-EZ, or 990-PF
Filing Method: Email or mail (same as initial registration)
Exemption Filing
For Organizations Exempt from Registration:
- Must file: Exempt Organizations Fundraising Notice
- Due: Within 8 months after close of fiscal year
- Filing method: Email or mail

Religious organizations or organizations affiliated with religious organizations
Organizations soliciting only from members
Professional solicitors used but contributions < $25,000 (different fee applies)
Renewal Process
