The review process typically takes 2-3 weeks from document submission to report delivery. This includes our analysis time and the 30-day follow-up call.
What documents do I need to provide?
Bylaws, articles of incorporation, board resolutions, conflict of interest policy, financial statements, gift acceptance policies, and board meeting minutes from the past year. We'll provide a detailed checklist.
What if major issues are found?
